Resolved Question: Should I glue in Virgin Indian Hair wefts to my hair?

Hello, I am a Caucasian girl with naturally beautiful blonde hair, who had an obsession with dying and destroying my hair. I decided to bleach it white and it is DESTROYED. I hated the color to so I decided to dye it black and i love it because I look and feel like Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction lol. But the fact remains that my hair is still severely damaged to the point where I want to have it cut to chin length so that it will have an easier time growing back. I don't have a big budget so I was thinking of buying Virgin Indian hair off the web and having my hair cut short and gluing the tracks to the roots so it blends together and most of my real hair will be gone and that it will have a chance to grow back quicker because it is shorter.
